Of those that have been approved, we evaluate key areas such as Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), management, investor services, and syndication costs. The intent of our Sponsor 5 Star Ranking is simply to reflect our experience with sponsors and their performance with our clients and present it in a way that is helpful to investors.
