1031PropertyWatch is a real estate investment consulting firm specializing in securitized Section 1031 Tenant-in-Common (TIC) replacement properties. We are an OSJ-Branch office of OMNI Brokerage Inc, the largest broker-dealer in the TIC securities industry, based upon equity raised. Our focus at 1031PropertyWatch is to address many of the challenges associated with 1031 exchanges by identifying sponsors, reviewing their properties and TIC structures, performing due diligence and offering TICs to investors.  Principal and CEO, John Temple, entered the TIC market back in 1999 while it was still in its infancy. John is considered to be one of "grandfathers of the industry" according to Tim Snodgrass, former President of Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA).

 Mr. Temple founded 1031PropertyWatch, with the goal of, bringing a national and often complex market to a personal and understandable level. Today the 1031PropertyWatch team consists of multiple brokers, analysts, due diligence analysts, and investor services specialists. We have helped investors successfully close over $410 million in investment-grade real estate. We are uniquely qualified to simplify and guide investors through the exchange process.

Centrally headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, we represent the national TIC marketplace and have worked with investors in nearly every state nationwide. Our business is derived almost exclusively from professional and client referrals, as well as return clients. We are honored that over 90% of our clients gave us the highest-ranking possible when responding to the statement “comfort level in recommending 1031PropertyWatch to a friend” on our post-close survey results compiled in January 2008. We are fortunate to have many return clients, and investors whom we consider friends across the country.
