Mr. Fernsler purchased his first investment property in 1989; a single-family row house in Northeast Philadelphia.  As a means of learning more about real estate, he obtained his real estate license in 1990.  Since that time he has bought or sold approximately $12.6 million of investment properties, both individually, and with a partner.  Craig has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer as a real estate agent.  As an agent, Craig specializes in commercial and investment properties of all types that are not usually handled by large commercial brokerage firms.  He also specializes in consulting sellers on the many options available, such as Tenant-In-Common, to minimize tax consequences if they dispose of their income-producing properties.

For eight years, Mr. Fernsler served on the board of directors of the Diversified Real Estate Investors Group as Vice President.  He was also a Director and Secretary of the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association in Harrisburg, which represents the interests of the landlords throughout Pennsylvania.  Craig is currently a member of the Tri-State Commercial Real Estate Alliance, The International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves on the Board of Directors of the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter.  Craig has also taught continuing education for Commercial real estate and Land Development for several years for Long & Foster Real Estate.

Craig has completed an intensive course of study through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial and Investment Member) designation for Realtors.  Additionally he holds the Series 22 & 63 Securities licenses, and real estate industry designations of GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

Craig enjoys being active in his 2 sons’ extracurricular activities (e.g., coaching little league baseball, basketball, & football, as well as commissioner for little league baseball).  Craig also enjoys playing golf and scuba diving with his wife and vacationing with the family.
