Sarah West

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, and with over 6 years involvement with 1031PropertyWatch, Mrs. West provides the company with focus and commitment to vision.

From 1997 to 2000, Mrs. West was involved in the coordination and planning of continuing education seminars for CPAs with Temple Securities, Inc., a nationally licensed Broker Dealer.  Upon receiving her bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, Sarah began her career with 1031PropertyWatch.

Sarah’s role with 1031PropertyWatch has evolved with the growth of the company and the industry.  From 2002 to 2004, Sarah built the investor services department and assisted clients in over 130 closings.  Since then Sarah’s focus has been on business development, marketing, and creating overall operational efficiencies and direction for the company.  Sarah’s drive helps ensure that the company is always ready to face tomorrow’s challenges and industry demands.

Sarah and her husband Ivan remain busy balancing work and raising their two small boys.  When she finds free time, Sarah enjoys most outdoor activities, especially water skiing.
