As Business Development & Research for 1031PropertyWatch, and with 22 years experience in Retail Management with Nordstrom overseeing $300,000 million in sales, Mrs. Clinton provides the company with leadership and strategic planning.

Fulfilling the role of business development for 1031PropertyWatch, Jana uses her experience and creativity in meeting new and unforeseen challenges, providing assessment of marketing opportunities, brand development, establishing procedures for a regulated industry, and supporting the company’s strategy.  Her passion and commitment to the company ensure that 1031PropertyWatch will continue to move forward with focus and success.

In 2007, Mrs. Clinton began doing research for 1031PropertyWatch as well.  In this role she meets with sponsors to discuss current properties.  She also performs demographic research and sensitivity analysis on each TIC offering and occasionally will do physical site reviews as well.  Jana ensures that our team of consultants are well informed and up-to-date on all available and upcoming TIC properties so that investors can be confident that all approved properties are being presented.

Jana is passionate about her family and spending time with her grandchildren.  She enjoys gardening, interior design, and spending time with her husband, Mark to whom she has been married for 30 years.
