Kelli Jaynes

Investor Services, Office Manager

Mrs. Jaynes has an extensive background in commercial real estate and property management.  She became involved in the real estate industry in 1980, where her area of expertise was making a success of repossessed and problem properties.  Mrs. Jaynes became a real estate broker in 1997, and opened a commercial real estate and property management brokerage.  After selling her company she came to work for 1031 PropertyWatch, where she has headed the Investor Services department for the past 4 years.

Once clients have identified their investment property, Kelli assists them with the required documents and helps address questions that may arise.  She helps close the gap between client and sponsor from the beginning paperwork through closing and on to the receipt of their first distribution.  She remains available for questions to all clients throughout the life of their investment.  Kelli’s friendly voice and attention to detail are a breath of fresh air to clients throughout the closing process.

In addition to Investor Services, Mrs. Jaynes fulfills the role of Office Manager.  She oversees the daily operations and efficiencies of the entire office, and ensures that we remain in compliance in our regulated industry.  Kelli has a keen ability to make sure all things run smoothly and efficiently.

When not at work, Kelli and her husband of 33 years enjoy the company of their 2 children and their spouses; they especially enjoy their grandson.  Kelli is an avid reader and can also be seen on the golf course at least once a week.
